Easy CCD Kit with 8-CCD cameras, radio transmission, (no PC or cabinet)
Description
The CCD wheel alignment system guarantees absolute highest precision with an absolute accuracy and repeatability of up to two angular minutes. Measurement values such as toe (individual and total), castor correction range, castor, camber, steering axis inclination, setback, wheelbase difference, side offset, track width difference and axle offset are offered for a professional alignment, depending on the machine version. By using the digital 20°-CCD-cameras, castor values can be measured even faster. Additionally, the cameras can measure vehicles and light trucks with wheelbases up to 6,5m. The runout compensation to compensate for possible chucking errors, inaccurate wheel clamps, or lateral runout of the rims is purely optional.
The data transmission between sensor heads and CCD-measurement box in the inside of the cabinet is carried out wirelessly via radio connection. The sensor heads are equipped with powerful rechargeable batteries. Thus, there are no more cables between cabinet and lift.
The professional and user-friendly software provides the option between three different measurement routines:
- Program-guided routine with a complete before and after adjustment
- Quick measurement for toe and camber diagnosis
- Random measurement for targeted testing and alignment of individual measured values
By a simple mouse-click the user gets access to an extensive specific vehicle database containing over 35.000 vehicles from 130 different manufacturers. The vehicle specific data is updated up to three times a year and is available online 24/7. The user also has the opportunity to extend his or her own database by entering individual vehicle specified data.
This wheel aligner supports rolling runout compensation. This shortens measurement procedures and enables more precise results, as the vehicle does not have to be lifted to determine the runout of the vehicle.
Features
- Easy Rolling Runout Compensation (RROC) spare lifting of vehicle
- New Graphical User Interface (GUI) guarantees easy and intuitive operation
- High precision alignment results through measurement accuracy and repeatability of ± 2 angular minutes
- Compatible with all common Windows versions, including the newest standard Windows 10
- High mobility due to wireless data transfer
- Compact design (low space requirements)
- Flexible use of sensor heads on changing work stations, e.g. lift and pit
